Depending on the Migration Strategy there is a high or lesser need to focus on the project benefits in the migration design. This means that in the execution of this task one should always be aware to what extent the output is really needed and optionally skip some elements.

The output of this task enables to show for each Implementation Stage definition what are the perceived business benefits added by that stage.
